First Airbus for Israir
Israir Airlines has taken possession of the first two Airbus A320 planes it has ordered. The planes are the first Airbus crafts to be delivered to an Israeli airline and will be operated on Israir’s international flights and those flying in and out of Eilat. “Receiving this new plane symbolizes the beginning of a new era in Israir’s international activities as a regularly-scheduled designated carrier to a number of destinations in Europe and to Eilat,” commented Israir Airlines GM Ofer Green.
