The menu includes a wide variety of meats, vegetarian and poultry dishes, as well as fish and seafood. Fresh beer in a variety of flavors are produced right in front of your eyes, by using a traditional 150 year old European formula and doesn’t undergo and pasteurizing or industrial preservation process. Three beers are made on-site: Masters, an unfiltered dark beer containing a unique foam and a 6.0% alcohol content. Moonshine, a reddish unfiltered beer brewed using a recipe from 1871 with 6.0% alcohol content. Quantum, is an unfiltered beer of golden hues. It contains a 6.0% alcohol content and is one of the most prevalent European beers.
