Arrival at the Cairo international airport, meet/assist and transfer to Giza railway station for departure to Aswan by sleeper train. Dinner on board and overnight.

Day 3 - FRIDAY
Breakfast. Arrival at Aswan railway station, meet/assist and directly start the tour to visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and Philae temple. Transfer to embark the cruise ship M/S Radamis I or M/S Solaris II. Lunch on board. Felucca ride passing by the Botanical garden and Agha Khan Mausoleum.
Dinner on board and overnight Aswan.

Day 4 - SATURDAY

Thank you for setting up a fabulous trip for our family. It was an amazing two weeks and we enjoyed all of it. Our guide, Shalom Langer, was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. His passion and love for the history and creation of Israel was infectious! The accommodations were all very nice and perfectly suited to our needs. The staff at the tour office in Israel was helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. I have two very minor comments that I am merely passing along for your future use. By the time we arrived and checked in it was 4:00 in the morning Monday morning. Shalom had left a note at the desk we were starting at 7:30 am. We contacted him and pushed the start time to 10:00, which was fine except we missed our tour of Palmach Museum. That was a little disappointing, especially since it was prepaid. Not sure what their schedule is, but a tour later in the day might have made more sense. The only other quibble was not enough time to shop in Zefat. As I said, very minor and I mention them only that they may help you in the future. One of the best things we did was to join the e-Dan club before leaving. It cost nothing and provided a little bit of extra service at each hotel as well as a discount when checking out. Thank you again for helping us put together this trip. My husband and I would like to go back ... but I think we have to put our children through college first! All the best for a prosperous 2011.
