Itinerary

 

Día 1 - SABADO
Vuelo de salida de Norte America

Day 2 - DOMINGO
Bienvenidos a Israel. A su llegada al Aeropuerto Internacional  de Ben Gurion, uno de nuestros representantes en el aeropuerto le asistira  y le presentara a su guia. Traslado al hotel en Tel Aviv. Cena y alojamiento.

Día 3 - LUNES
Caesarea / Megiddo / Haifa / Acre
Despues de un delicioso desayuno buffet Israeli (desayuno incluido cada mañana, antes  de salir a su dia de gira) salida de Tel Aviv, al Norte, a lo largo de la planicie costera a Caesarea ( Hechos 9.30 Actos 10-24-48), Capital de Judea bajo los Romanos. Visita a las excavaciones  de esta Antigua ciudad (visitas al Teatro Romano y  Acueducto). Continuacion a Megiddo (1 Reyes 4.28,9,15,2 Reyes 23,29 y Reyes, 16.16), identificado como el sitio de Armagedon.  Visita a las excavaciones arqueologicas de Megiddo, y al bien conservado sistema de abastecimiento de agua. Continuacion  a la bella ciudad portuaria de Haifa, situada  sobre el Mediterraneo. Visitaremos los mundialmente famosos Jardines Persas del Templo  Bahai. Desde Haifa continuamos a San Juan de Acre, ( Miqueas 1.10) capital de los Cruzados por mas de un siglo. Visita de la ciudad vieja y puerto. Continuacion  hacia el Este a traves de las llanuras de la Galilea al Hotel Kibbutz Lavi, ubicado no lejos del Mar de Galilea. Cena y alojamiento. Despues  de la cena  asistiremos a una disertacion sobre la vida de Kibbutz.

Día 4 - MARTES
Tiberiades/Capernaum/Banias
Despues de un breve recorrido por el Kibbutz  partiremos a Tiberiades y haremos un corto paseo en barco por el Mar de Galilea a Capernaum ( Mateo 4,13 13.54,17.24, Lucas7, Marcos 1.2, Juan 4,46-54). Visitaremos los restos de la sinagoga del siglo IV A.D., el sitio del  milagro de la multiplicacion  de los peces y panes y la Iglesia con piso de mosaico byzantino. Continuamos hacia El  Monte de las Bienaventuranzas ( Mateo 5,6,7,8) donde Jesus pronuncio el Sermon de la Montaña. Proseguimos a Banias (MATEO 16,13 y Marcos 8,27) donde Jesus fue reconocido como el Mesias .  Tour por las Alturas del Golan con sus valles, llanuras y picos nevados. Regresamos al Kibbutz Lavi para la cena y alojamiento.

Día 5 - MIERCOLES
Nazaret / Beit Shean
Salida via Cana (Juan 2.1-11) a Nazaret ( Lucas 1.26,4.16-29, Mateo2.23). En Nazaret visitaremos la Iglesia de la Anunciacion y el Taller de San Jose .
Luego nos dirigiremos al sitio bautismal sobre el Rio Jordan y continuaremos  a Beit Shean una de las ciudades de la Decapolis Romana (Marcos 5.20,7.31) donde visitaremos  el teatro romano restaurado. Esta es la ciudad donde  Saul y su hijo Jonathan  fueroun clavados a las paredes (1 Samuel 31.10). Jueces1.27 tambien mencionan Beit Shean. Continuaremos a lo largo de la orilla sur del Rio Jordan. Pasaremos  Jerico  y por el Oeste subiremos a la Ciudad Dorada de Jerusalen. Cena y alojamiento.

Día 6 - JUEVES
Jerusalen - Ciudad Vieja
Comenzaremos el dia con una vista panoramica desde el Monte de los Olivos con vistas a las murallas de la ciudad vieja y al antiguo cementerio judio. Entraremos a la ciudad vieja para comenzar a explorar las maravillas de Jerusalen. Visita a la Iglesia de  Todas las Naciones. Continuaremos al Monte Sion  para ver la Tumba del Rey David y la Sala de la Ultima Cena ( Marcos 14.13, Lucas22.10-38, Mateo 26 17-29, Hechos1.13 y Hechos 2 EL Pentecostes). Paseo por el Cardo, la via principal de Jerusalen  desde hace 2000 años. Veremos el Monte del Templo y el Muro Occidental. Caminaremos a lo largo de la Via Dolorosa. Continuaremos a la Iglesia del Santo Sepulcro (Mateo 27,33-57,28-10). Recorrido por el ‘’Shoukh’ o bazaar arabe y finalmente saldremos de la ciudad amurallada para visitar el Jardin de la Tumba. Cena  y alojamiento.

Día 7 - VIERNES
Jerusalen – Ciudad Nueva y Belen
Hoy visitaremos el memorial ‘’Yad ‘Vahem’’  dedicado a las victimas del Holocausto. Entraremos por la via de los ‘’Justos Gentiles’’ donde se han plantado arboles a nombre de  aquellos ‘’Justos’’ que arriesgaron  sus vidas y las de sus familias para salvar a  judios. Visitaremos  el Museo y el Pabellon de los Niños. Seguiremos a la vecina aldea de EIN KAREM, (Lucas 1.39-80) la aldea de San Juan Bautista y visitaremos los santuarios de ‘’ San Juan Bautista’’ y  el santuario de la Visitacion  (conmemorando  la visita de Maria  a Isabel). Partiremos a Belen para visitar la Iglesia de la Natividad y regresamos a Jerusalen.
Visitaremos el Museo Israel donde se encuentra el Santuario del Libro. Ahi estan expuestos los Rollos del Mar Muerto que fueron encontrados en Qumran en 1947. Veremos tambien la maqueta o  modelo de la Jerusalen Herodiana es decir la maqueta de  la ciudad de Jerusalen  segun  era en la epoca de Jesus. Cena y alojamiento.

Día 8 - SABADO
Mar Muerto / Massada
Salida de Jerusalen a traves del desierto de Judea, llegada a Qumran, en cuyas cuevas fueron descubiertos los celebres Rollos del Mar Muerto. Continuaremos bordeando el Mar Muerto que es el lugar mas bajo de la tierra hasta llegar a Massada, el ultimo bastion de Resistencia de los judios a los invasores de Roma despues de la destruccion del Segundo Templo en el 70 A.D. Ascenderemos a Massada por teleferico. Visitaremos las ruinas de esta singular fortaleza con  su sistema de cisternas para almacenamientos de agua y alimentos y veremos tambien algunos de los vestigios del palacio de Herodes. Regreso a Jerusalen. Cena y alojamiento.

Día 9 - DOMINGO
Traslado al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ben Gurion. Vuelo de regreso a sus hogares.

Día 10
Llegada por la mañana a su ciudad de destino en Norte America. Listo para preparar su regreso a la Tierra Santa!
