Mount Zion , is a hill situated outside the south wall of Old Jerusalem, along the Armenian Quarter. Mount Zion, in the Old Testament is a metaphor for the Promise Land, Israel. In the New Testament Mount Zion is a metaphor for God’s eternal holy city of Jerusalem.

Yad Vashem , is Israel's memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. It is dedicated to preserving the memory of the victims who perished; honoring Jews who fought the Nazi oppressors and those who selflessly aided Jews in need; and researching the phenomenon of genocide, with the ultimate goal of avoiding these tragic events in the future.

The Dome of the Rock , is an Islamic shrine situated on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem, and topped by an iconic famous gold dome. It was first constructed in 691 CE, built on the site of the Roman temple of Jupiter Capitolinus, which had previously been built on the site of the Second Jewish Temple. The original dome collapsed in 1015 and was rebuilt in 1022–23. The Dome of the Rock is one of the oldest existing works of Islamic architecture.

The Tomb of the Virgin Mary , also Church of the Sepulchre of Saint Mary, is a Christian tomb visited by many pilgrims on Holy Land tours, and is located at the foot of Mount of Olives. The New Testament does not mention anything relating to the death and burial place of Mary, however strong Eastern Christian tradition places her tomb in the dimly-lit church.
